HOW WE MEASURE OUR OWN SITE

We record how this site gets used so we can improve it. It is our own measurement, running on our own servers, and it stays with us.

We record pages viewed, what gets clicked and where it sat on the page, how far you scrolled, products and options viewed, cart changes, the checkout steps you completed, your device type, and the site or ad that sent you here.

We do not record your name, your email, or anything you type into a form. For a form field we record the name of the field only, never what was entered.

This uses a couple of cookies. uoc_vid is a random id so a return visit counts as one person rather than two, and it lasts a year. uoc_sid marks a single visit and disappears when you close the tab. Neither holds your name or email, and neither goes to an ad network.

We keep it as long as it is useful and archive older records to our own storage. We do not sell it or hand it to anyone else. Turning cookies off in your browser stops it, and you can still shop and order normally.

YOUR RIGHTS

If you live in California, or somewhere with similar rules, you can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to fix it, and ask us to delete it. We will not treat you differently for asking.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising that follows you across other sites.

To ask for any of that, contact us through this site. We may need to confirm who you are first.

THIRD PARTIES

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties, and we do not offer third-party products or services on our site.
