RATES

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Enter your zip, or your city and state, to see the exact cost before you pay. In-stock products ship within 1 to 5 business days.

PRE-ORDERS

Backordered items ship as soon as they come off the line. The estimated ship date is shown on the product page before you buy.

WATCHDOG SHIPPING PROTECTION

Watchdog covers your order against loss, theft, or damage while it is in transit. It is added at checkout and you can remove it there if you would rather not have it. If something happens to your package, we deal with the shipping company so you do not have to.

ADDRESS CHANGES

If you need an address change after your shipment confirmation email, you are responsible for any reconsignment or holding fees charged for the en-route change.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Without Watchdog, DOGGO RTT Ramp™ is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they leave our facility. Contact us and we will help you open a claim with the carrier.
