CANCELLATIONS

Cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund.

AFTER IT SHIPS

We accept new, unused items in their original, intact packaging for up to 30 days after your order date, subject to a 15% restocking fee.

EXCHANGES

We will exchange a brand new, unused product for another one within the same 30 day window. Any additional shipping on an exchange is covered by the buyer.

RETURN SHIPPING

We provide a tracked return label and deduct the cost of that label from your final refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. DOGGO RTT Ramp™ is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit, so if we do not receive the item, or it arrives damaged, your return may be refused.

REFUNDS

Refunds go back to your original payment method and can take up to 10 days to post.
