WHAT IS COVERED

DOGGO RTT Ramp™ warrants its product to the original purchaser, when properly installed and used under normal conditions, to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for the lifetime of the product from the date of purchase. If a defect is covered, DOGGO RTT Ramp™ will, at its option, repair or replace the affected part free of charge to the original purchaser.

HOW TO GET SERVICE

Contact us before shipping anything back. All returns must be packaged to avoid damage in transit, as we cannot be responsible for damage caused by poor packaging.

NOT COVERED

• Shipping costs
• Damage caused by the customer, including misuse, accident, or weather
• Use inconsistent with the product’s design
• Cosmetic blemishes or aesthetic changes that do not affect how the ramp works
